At the request of Suffolk County Council – we developed a variety of medication training by e-learning and a blended/virtual approach to assessing competency in the workplace in order to meet the needs of their workforce.

Martin and Alison Bacon from AIT Medihelp offer a professional, responsive and flexible service that provides high quality training to our workforce. During the beginning of the pandemic AIT Medihelp were reactive to the needs of increasingly stretched services by leading on reactive training implemented within a short period of time for emergency response teams, whilst maintaining a rolling programme of our core offer. AIT Medihelp went on to develop an eLearning platform and offer training as a blended approach to ensure the workforce were adequately equipped to offer continued services throughout the community.
